SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • U.S. Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

 

WARM WEATHER DISCLAIMER (IMPORTANT)

RTE 13 products are crafted with skin-safe oils, butters, and waxes that are sensitive to heat.

  • Products may soften, shift, or melt during transit, especially in warm climates or summer months.
  • This does not affect product quality or performance.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the risk of heat exposure during shipping.

What to do if your product arrives softened or melted:

Place the product upright at room temperature or refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to restore consistency.

RTE 13 is not responsible for melting or texture changes caused by heat exposure during transit.


INCORRECT ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

RTE 13 is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a package is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, RTE 13 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing:

  • Check with neighbors or your local delivery carrier
  • File a claim directly with the shipping carrier

We will assist when possible but cannot guarantee replacements or refunds.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All Sales Final (Personal Care Products)

Due to hygiene and safety standards, all RTE 13 products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

 

INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days at hello@rte13.com, and we will resolve the issue.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed.

If you need assistance, contact hello@rte13.com immediately and we will do our best to help before shipment.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

RTE 13 shall not be held liable for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Damage due to heat exposure after shipment
  • Misuse or improper storage of products
