This is a legally binding agreement. Please read carefully.

THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS A BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER. BY USING THIS SITE, YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.

1. BINDING AGREEMENT

Welcome to RTE 13 (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using www.rte13.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You must be:

  • Legally able to enter into a binding agreement


3. SHOPIFY PLATFORM

Our store is powered by Shopify. By purchasing, you also agree to Shopify’s terms where applicable.

 

4. PRODUCTS & INTENDED USE (IMPORTANT)

RTE 13 products are:

  • For external use only
  • Intended for personal use
  • Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease

Statements on this Site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.


5. INTIMATE / PERSONAL USE PRODUCTS (CRITICAL)

Due to the nature of our products:

  • Products may be considered intimate or hygienic goods
  • Use is entirely at your own risk
  • Individual results will vary

You agree that:

  • You understand the intended use before purchase
  • You assume all responsibility for application and use
  • You will discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs

 

6. ALLERGY & SENSITIVITY DISCLAIMER

  • You should perform a patch test before use
  • RTE 13 is not responsible for allergic reactions

 

7. PRODUCT SALES – FINAL SALE POLICY (NO RETURNS ON USED ITEMS)

 

Due to hygiene and safety:

ALL PERSONAL CARE PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE ONCE OPENED OR USED

We may refuse returns if:

  • The product has been opened
  • The product shows signs of use
  • The seal is broken

Approved returns (if any) are at our sole discretion.

 

8. CHARGEBACK & PAYMENT FRAUD POLICY

By placing an order, you agree:

  • You will not initiate a chargeback without contacting us first
  • Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with evidence

We reserve the right to:

  • Ban accounts
  • Refuse future orders
  • Pursue recovery of funds, fees, and damages


9. PRICING & ORDERS

We reserve the right to:

  • Change pricing at any time
  • Cancel orders
  • Limit quantities

All orders are subject to availability and fraud review.

 

10. SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

  • Shipping times are estimates only
  • We are not responsible for carrier delays
  • Incorrect addresses are the customer’s responsibility


11. USER CONTENT

If you submit reviews or content:

  • You grant us full rights to use it
  • We may remove content at our discretion

 

12. PROHIBITED USES

You may not:

  • Use the Site unlawfully
  • Copy or exploit content
  • Interfere with Site security
  • Commit fraud or abuse systems

All branding, product names, formulas, and content are owned by RTE 13.

We make NO WARRANTIES, including:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Product performance expectations

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (VERY IMPORTANT)

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

RTE 13 shall NOT be liable for:

  • Injury or skin reactions
  • Misuse of products
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or data

Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.


16. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By purchasing and using our products, you:

  • Voluntarily assume all risks
  • Accept full responsibility for outcomes
  • Release RTE 13 from liability


17. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend and indemnify RTE 13 against:

  • Claims arising from misuse
  • Violations of these Terms
  • Legal disputes caused by your actions


18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ARBITRATION)

All disputes will be resolved by:

  1. Good faith negotiation
  2. Mediation (optional)
  3. Binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California

Governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.

 

19. CLASS ACTION WAIVER

You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity, not as part of a class action.

 

20. TIME LIMIT TO FILE CLAIMS

You must file any claim within 1 year or lose the right to do so.


21. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of California.


22. TERMINATION

We may terminate or refuse access at any time for:

  • Violations
  • Fraud
  • Abuse of policies


23. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use = acceptance.
